These Terms and Conditions govern your membership of the Life Sciences Research Panel. By registering as a panel member, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
The Life Sciences Research Panel is operated by Ayesda Bio Limited. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
About the Life Sciences Research Panel
The Life Sciences Research Panel is a research panel operated by Ayesda Bio Limited, a specialist data collection and fieldwork company serving the healthcare, life sciences, and biotech research industries. Ayesda Bio is registered in the United Kingdom.
The panel connects professionals in life sciences, biotech, and healthcare with research studies commissioned by leading organisations across the sector. Research may include surveys, interviews, usability testing, WhatsApp-based activities, and other formats.
Ayesda Bio is a company partner of the Market Research Society (MRS), a member of ESOMAR and EphMRA, and is independently audited under the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS). All research is conducted in line with these professional standards.
Eligibility
To register as a panel member you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Work or have worked professionally in life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or a related field
- Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and throughout your membership
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your country of residence
Ayesda Bio reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or terminate membership where eligibility criteria are not met.
Registration and membership
Registration is free. There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to participate in any study. You may register, decline invitations, and unsubscribe at any time without consequence.
Each individual may hold only one panel membership account. Duplicate registrations will be removed.
You are responsible for keeping your registration details accurate and up to date. If your professional background, job title, or area of specialisation changes, please notify us at privacy@ayesdabio.com so we can ensure we continue to contact you about relevant opportunities only.
Participation in research
Participation in every research opportunity is entirely voluntary. You will only be contacted about studies that are relevant to your professional background and area of specialisation.
You are never under any obligation to respond to an invitation or to complete a study once started. Declining an invitation will not affect your membership or your eligibility for future opportunities.
Where a study involves sensitive topics or requires additional consent, you will be informed before participation begins and given the opportunity to withdraw without penalty.
Research may be conducted via online surveys, telephone or video interviews, WhatsApp-based activities, in-person sessions, or other methods as specified in the invitation. The method, estimated time commitment, and incentive will always be clearly stated in advance.
Membership rules
To maintain the quality and integrity of our research, all panel members must:
Provide honest responses
All survey responses and interview answers must be genuine and reflect your own professional knowledge and experience.
Maintain one account only
You may not register more than once or participate in the same study more than once.
Keep survey content confidential
Research content is confidential. You must not share survey questions, topics, or findings with others unless explicitly permitted.
Protect your account details
Do not share your registration details or allow others to participate on your behalf.
Disclose conflicts of interest
If you have a direct commercial interest in a topic you are invited to research, please disclose this before participating.
Act professionally
All interactions with Ayesda Bio staff and researchers should be conducted professionally and respectfully.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the panel and forfeiture of any outstanding incentives.
Incentives
Many studies offer an incentive as a thank-you for your time. The incentive type and value will always be clearly stated in the study invitation before you agree to participate. Incentives may include:
- Amazon vouchers or other digital gift cards
- PayPal payments or bank transfers
- Charitable donations on your behalf, including to the Ayesda Impact Fund
Incentives are processed within four weeks of study completion, or upon project completion, whichever comes first. Ayesda Bio reserves the right to withhold incentives where participation rules have not been followed or where responses are deemed fraudulent or of insufficient quality.
You are solely responsible for declaring any incentives received to your local tax authority if required by law. Ayesda Bio accepts no liability for any tax obligations arising from incentive payments.
